185 Day Rule

Turkish citizens permanently residing in another EU country outside Poland can no longer exchange their driver's license in Poland. They must complete the exchange process in their country of residence.

- Declaration of consent to processing of personal data
- Biometric photo 35 × 45 mm
- Copy of current driver's license
- Sworn translation of the license into Polish
- Residence card or valid visa
- Proof of payment of the 100.50 PLN application fee
- Declaration of awareness of criminal liability for false statements
- Declaration regarding the period of stay in Poland
Turkish citizens residing in Poland must personally apply at the Consular Section of the Turkish Embassy in Warsaw, submit an address declaration, and present documents proving at least 6 months of residence in Poland.
