Online Consultation and Payment Terms

§1 General Provisions

  1. 1.Online consultations are provided by: KALAYCI CONSULTING SP. Z O.O., ul. Łopuszańska 37, 02-220 Warszawa
  2. 2.Booking a consultation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

§2 Booking a Consultation

  1. 1.Bookings are made via the online form available on the website.
  2. 2.The user is required to provide accurate information.
  3. 3.The consultation appointment is confirmed upon completion of payment.

§3 Payments

  1. 1.Payments are processed via external payment service providers.
  2. 2.The Administrator does not store users' payment card data.
  3. 3.Service prices are quoted in Polish Zloty (PLN).

§4 Cancellation and Rescheduling

  1. 1.Users may cancel or reschedule a consultation no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  2. 2.Cancellations made after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
  3. 3.In the event of technical issues beyond the user's control, a new consultation date may be arranged.

§5 Right of Withdrawal

  1. 1.A consumer entering into a distance contract generally has 14 days to withdraw from the contract.
  2. 2.Performance before that period expires may begin only at the consumer’s express request.
  3. 3.If the consumer withdraws after performance began at their express request, a proportionate amount may be payable for the part performed before withdrawal.
  4. 4.The right of withdrawal is lost after full performance of a paid service only where performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that full performance would result in loss of that right.

§6 Liability

  1. 1.Consultations are informational and advisory in nature.
  2. 2.The Administrator does not guarantee a specific administrative decision or outcome.
  3. 3.Final decisions are made by the relevant public administration authorities.

§7 Final Provisions

  1. 1.The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms.
  2. 2.Matters not covered herein are governed by Polish law.
